Located in the vibrant National Capital Region of Delhi, Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) imparts a rigorous and multi-disciplinary legal education with a view to producing world-class legal professionals, scholars, and public servants. The official language of instruction is English. Courses:

Students will receive up to 12 credits towards their law degree. Only the credits and not the grades will transfer per ABA requirements. The acceptance of any credit or grade for any courses taken at JGLS, including externships and other clinical offerings, is subject to determination by AUWCL's Office of the Registrar. AUWCL students will be enrolled in courses specifically geared to exchange students. Students participating in this program may choose from a number of classes offered through JGLS. AUWCL students will be enrolled in regularly scheduled classes with fellow JGLS students.

  • Introduction to Political Theory and the Indian Constitution
  • Energy Law & Policy
  • Information Technology and Cybercrimes Law
  • Health Law and Sexuality: Theory and Contemporary Challenges
  • International Commercial Arbitration
